Acceptable Identification

Mail Boxes & More operates as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) in cooperation with the United States Post Office.  As a CMRA, Mail Boxes & More is mandated to comply with local and national USPS requirements.  Some of the requirements include identifying our customers and confirming their residential address.

Identifying our customers includes two forms of identification from the approved list.  One form of Identification must be from the Photo ID list while the second form of identification must confirm your home address.  Your PMB address will not qualify, your identification must show your permanent residence.  Also, you cannot use one form of identification to satisfy both identification requirements, two forms of identification are a requirement.
